Writing for Wellbeing is an overarching term used for therapeutic writing, although it is not therapy per se. Writing is different from talking. Writing creates a pathway to memories, feelings, and thoughts you did not know you had.  Lifting the hand to the page, we turn to ourselves, attuning to ourselves. I find this a beautiful moment.

Sometimes just using these prompts with you: ‘I am…; I think…; I want…; I believe…; if only…; what if…is quite powerful, and then we talk over the answers gently, informally.

There are no shoulds, oughts, or correct ways – there is only your way of writing.

It is a way of grasping experiences that seem otherwise lost in the depths of the mind. Issues, ideas, and inspirations you are aware of, but are almost impossible to say, can often be expressed in writing. Writing helps you work on things. It stays there on the page in the same form. It doesn’t go away and so it can be worked on.

I charge £600 for six 90min sessions (fortnightly or monthly) package, which is dedicated to helping you write your book or memoir while incorporating the details we discussed, along with helpful tips, tools, and resources. My approach is always motivational and guiding to keep you on track. Additionally, I offer a WhatsApp one-on-one link, allowing you to communicate with me throughout

our agreed-upon time.

If you buy 2 packages at the start , so 12 sessions you can have 20% discount. I will supply discount code, so would cost you £960. This will not apply if you book 6 then at the end another 6. I do this because I know 12 weeks is often more realistic.

As Therapeutic Writing Coach, with an MA in Creative writing for Wellbeing , I can also ensure the sessions are trauma informed and designed to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can express their thoughts and feelings freely. By incorporating techniques that prioritise emotional well-being, I help participants navigate their narratives with sensitivity and care. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, allowing for personal growth and healing through creative expression.
