Here’s some common questions I often get about the letter club, including how it works, and what actually arrives at your door. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, then send me a note!

Send me a note

  • Absolutely — it’s a gift that continues to land softly on their doorstep, month after month. Just select the Gift Subscription product when you order. You’ll be able to share their name, address, and any tender notes or messages you’d like me to tuck inside, and I’ll send their letters with all the warmth you intend.

  • These letters travel by post — a small ritual arriving at the right doorstep, so please ensure the address is accurate. Each month brings a two‑page A4 letter from Maya, a double‑sided postcard (bird + quote on one side, journal questions on the other), a collectable sticker unique to that month, and a tiny themed treasure tucked in as a surprise.

  • At the moment, I can deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom, as international posting involves complex laws and additional charges.

    This is also because there is only me - no team , so I try to keep it as simple as possible.

  • Since October 2026, subscriptions have shifted to monthly payments, with £8.50 collected automatically from your bank. You’re free to cancel whenever you need to. If possible, please try not to cancel in the first week of the month, as that’s when Maya’s letters are prepared and posted — always on the first Saturday.
